Details of ŚMIERTNY DĄB project

The built-up area is 73.54 m², and the usable area is 95.68 m². Ideal for a 2+2 or 2+1 family.

This design features a modern barn-like structure with a hipped roof. The façade will be finished with dark gray boards and additionally protected panels, perfectly complementing the graphite windows. Concealed external blinds will be installed. The cottage will be built in a wooded area, and the wooden façade will create harmony with the surrounding nature.

The open-plan living room and kitchen are illuminated by two large windows.

The sleeping and living area is located in the attic.

In the case of this project, our company was the general contractor of the investment.
