Details of RZEKI WIELKIE project

This project features a traditional single-story home for two people and their dogs. On the ground floor, along the southern facade of the building, you'll find an open-plan kitchen with a dining area and a living room. A sleeping area for the residents has been designed on the western side of the building.

The main entrance to the building is located on the northern wall, leading to the entrance area, which provides access to the open-plan living space and kitchen.

The open-plan living room and kitchen are illuminated by windows on all walls. Other rooms also receive ample sunlight. Additionally, a non-usable attic has been designed for storage.

The building has an unused attic space above some of the rooms, and there is a void above the living room and kitchen.

For this project, our company is the general contractor for the project, from design with a building permit, implementation to developer's finish.
