Details of KRUSZYNA project

On the ground floor, along the western and partially south-north façades of the building, are an open-plan kitchen with a dining area and a living room.

On the eastern and partially north-south façades, a bedroom area for residents is planned.

The building has been preserved as a traditional single-story structure designed for two people.

The main entrance to the building is located on the southern wall, leading to the entrance area, from which a vestibule provides access to the open-plan living space with a kitchen, a bathroom directly opposite, and a bedroom area on the eastern façade.

The building has an unused attic space above some of the rooms, and there is a void above the living room and kitchen.

For this project, our company is the general contractor for the project, from design with a building permit, implementation to developer's finish.
