Details of ŻARKI project

The proposed building features a mezzanine covered with a gable roof with a 40° pitch. The proposed building is rectangular in plan.

The design features a modern barn-like structure with a no-eaves roof. The facade will be finished with charred and additionally treated dark gray boards, perfectly complementing the graphite windows. Concealed exterior blinds will be installed. The cottage will be built in a wooded area, and the wooden facade will create harmony with the surrounding nature.

The open-plan living room with kitchen is illuminated by extensive glazing. Other rooms also receive ample sunlight. The designed mezzanine adds a sense of spaciousness and elegance to the interior.

The building includes a mezzanine, designated as two separate bedrooms. An interesting design element is the suspended mesh over the living room, which serves as a relaxation area. A stylish steel spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine will add elegance, craftsmanship, and a unique form to the project.

In the case of this project, our company was the general contractor of the investment.
