The building area is 94.5 m2, the usable area is 74.5 m2. The house was designed with the possibility of further expansion with a floristry studio and a passage from the vestibule.

The design assumption was to maintain the form of the building in the spirit of stylish, traditional architecture. Muntins - divisions in windows, decorative ornamental additions on the joints of facade boards

Well-thought-out functional layout: two rooms with a living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large vestibule with a hidden wardrobe. Additionally, there is a place to store items in the unused attic, accessible from the entrance. The remaining area of the building is left without a ceiling, which adds a feeling of spaciousness to the house.

The interior is illuminated by a large terrace window.
