Details of ŚMIERTNY DĄB project

The building area is 67 m2, the usable area is 95.7 m2. Ideal for a family of 2+2 / 2+1.

The project is a modern barn with a roof without eaves. The elevation will be finished with gray boards that perfectly match the gray windows. Hidden external blinds will be used. The house will be built in a forested area, the wooden elevation will create harmony with the surrounding nature.

The open living room with kitchen is lit by two large glazings. The other rooms also have a large dose of sunlight.

The night and living area has been placed in the usable attic.

In the case of this project, our company was the general contractor of the investment.
