Details of KALEJ project

The building area is 87.75 m², and the usable area is 92.01 m². Ideal for a 2+2 or 2+1 family.

This design features a modern barn-like structure with a hipped roof. The façade will be finished with charred and additionally treated dark gray boards, perfectly complementing the graphite windows. Concealed exterior blinds will be installed. The cottage will be built in a wooded area, and the wooden façade will create harmony with the surrounding nature.

The open-plan living room and kitchen are illuminated by two large glass panes. Other rooms also receive ample sunlight. A mezzanine adds a sense of spaciousness and elegance to the interior.

The sleeping and living areas are located in the downstairs room and on the mezzanine.

In the case of this project, our company was the general contractor of the investment.
