Project details of Gliwice project

The building area is 70 m2, the usable area is approximately 100 m2. Perfect for a 2+2 / 2+1 family.

It is a unique and unusual design with an interesting shape. The façade forms a unified whole with the roof. The seam sheet metal used flows smoothly from the inclined diagonal walls into the roof plane. Technical solutions such as hidden external blinds in the facade or hidden gutters at the junction of external partitions made it possible to maintain the coherence and harmony of the project.

The front facades were covered with boards, as well as the doors. Combined with large glazing, it gives a feeling of lightness and naturalness.

Behind the diagonal walls there are storage rooms and a technical room. Everything was designed and made with attention to every detail.

In the case of this project, our company was the general contractor of the investment.
